How to insert the Eureka! Cup Classic menstrual cup
- Wash your hands with soap and water, and place yourself in a comfortable position.
- You can fold the cup into a “C” shape or a “U” shape by pressing the rim.
- Separate the vaginal lips and insert the menstrual cup into the vagina without letting it open.
- Check that it is fully open by rotating it or feeling with your finger.
How to remove the menstrual cup
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Sit or squat in a comfortable place.
- To remove it, insert a finger into the vagina, grab the base (not the stem) with two fingers and remove it.
If it has gone too high, you can push with your pelvic muscles.
- Empty the contents, rinse it, and reinsert it.
How to clean the reusable menstrual cup
